The AI for Executives Training looks at AI from an executive's perspective, addressing AI use, foundational prompt engineering, AI-assisted decision and project management, and ethical and legal responsibilities through concrete examples. The program covers AI through an executive's lens; foundational prompt engineering and its applications; AI-powered tools and a workshop; AI-powered project management together with the management of AI projects and AI-assisted decision-making. It closes with the ethics, law and executive accountability module. Participants gain an executive perspective that knows the right questions to ask while bringing AI into their teams and can safeguard responsible use.
