ANSYS Training

A program that runs from geometry preparation in ANSYS DesignModeler to finite element analysis in Workbench, covering structural, modal, and thermal analyses hands-on.

40 Hours

The ANSYS training covers the mechanical analysis pipeline end to end. It begins with the DesignModeler interface, toolbars, and object selection, then moves through 2D sketching - creating planes, sketch editing, and worked examples. The 3D geometry section covers assembly and part definitions, Boolean operations, the pattern feature, and advanced tools; this is followed by concept design with 1D models, cross-section definitions, and surface creation commands. On the Workbench side, you prepare the simulation model, transfer geometry, set up contact surfaces, generate finite element meshes, and define named selections, then run static structural, modal/free vibration, thermal, and linear buckling analyses hands-on. The program closes with result visualization, interpretation, convergence, and stress singularity analysis.
